About This Guide

Smart Squares HMH is an unofficial guide to Smart Square, the employee scheduling system used by Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH) staff. It exists because the official portal tells you where to sign in, but not what to do when sign-in fails, which app to install, or which phone number is real.

Every guide here is checked against the official portal and other primary sources before it is published, and each page shows the date its facts were last verified. Where clone sites copy each other — including a fake support number — this site corrects the record.

This site has no login form and will never ask for your HMH password — always sign in only on meridian.smart-square.com.
